Easter

We got back from our Utah trip just in time for Easter. We even waited to dye eggs until the day before.

 Of course there were Easter baskets, but we always tell the Easter bunny to come Saturday morning instead of Sunday so that Sunday can be more Christ-centered.

 Nobody ever wants their picture taken as soon as they get out of bed, so we always yell at Mom to put away the camera on Easter morning and wait until we have our dresses on. But it gives me great shame and embarrassment to say that she snuck one in this year:

 Gorgeous, isn't it? Amanda cheated though and actually has real clothes on. Still, if Mom had gotten a photo with us turned around just a little and staring at the camera, you would have been horrified, asking us when the ogres took over our bodies.

Anyway, Sunday was our devotional and Easter breakfast.

 And our Easter dinner consisted of ham, rice, peas, rolls, and coconut cream pie for dessert.
